Industrial Campaign Photography for Marketing and Advertising
There is a difference between building a brand library and shooting for a specific campaign. A campaign has a deadline, a creative brief, a media placement, and a very specific list of images that need to exist by a certain date. When an industrial or manufacturing company has a trade show coming up, a product launch in the works, a new facility to announce, or a recruitment push that needs real imagery behind it, the photography has to be planned and executed differently. Michael LoBiondo Photography works directly with marketing directors and agencies to produce campaign-ready industrial photography that shows up on time and on brand.

Working with Agencies and Marketing Teams
A lot of our campaign work comes through agencies or involves close collaboration with an in-house marketing team and an outside creative director. We are used to working that way. We can take a creative brief and execute against it, work through selects with an art director, and deliver organized files that slot directly into a production workflow without creating extra work for anyone.
Pre-production support is part of what we offer. If the campaign requires location scouting, talent coordination, prop sourcing, or permit handling, we take care of it. Most industrial facilities have their own logistics and access requirements on top of that, and we handle those too. The goal is for your team to show up on shoot day and focus on creative decisions, not logistics.
We have worked with Fortune 500 marketing teams who run formal RFP processes and have detailed production requirements, and we have worked with small internal marketing teams who need a photographer they can trust to figure things out independently. Both approaches work fine. We adapt to how your team operates.
Trade Show Photography for Industrial Companies
Trade shows are one of the most common reasons industrial companies come to us for campaign photography. The booth graphics, the capabilities display, the product imagery on the back wall, the headshots of the team members who will be staffing the booth. All of it needs to exist before the show opens, which means the photography needs to happen well in advance of when most marketing teams start thinking about it.
Large-format trade show graphics are unforgiving. Images that look fine on a website fall apart at ten feet wide. We shoot with final display dimensions in mind so what you approve on a monitor is actually what you get when the print comes back from the vendor.
It is also worth knowing that trade show campaigns often become the starting point for a broader brand library. Once a marketing team has gone through the process of building a focused set of campaign images, they usually realize pretty quickly how much more they could be doing with a systematic library behind it. We are happy to have that conversation whenever the timing is right.
